CCNB’s Stephanie Merrill and Lois Corbett will be briefed by officials with the New Brunswick Commission on Hydraulic Fracturing tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. in Fredericton. The Commission is releasing its report later in the morning. Natural gas loses in 2015
Solar is gaining some serious ground. This week the U.S. Solar Energy Industries Association announced that new solar power capacity outpaced the new generating capacity of natural gas in 2015. And as the association president puts it, “we’re only getting started.”
Working together for solutions
Lois Corbett participated in the inaugural meeting of the Maritime Sustainable Energy Network last week. The new group brings together sustainable energy and climate thought leaders from the region to help governments make the transition to clean energy economies in Atlantic Canada.
