Moncton Mayor Dawn Arnold — whose municipality is under the most threat from herbicide sprayed within its drinking water supply area — put the issue on the radar of New Brunswickers last month when she asked the province to stop all spraying within the Turtle Creek watershed, which supplies drinking water for more than 100,000 people in Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe.
Here are maps showing where herbicides will be sprayed within other N.B. communities’ drinking water supply areas:
Saint John
Dalhousie
Edmundston
Bathurst
