There is something of a battle going on in New Brunswick — a battle for public opinion regarding hydraulic fracturing of the Maritime province’s abundant shale gas resource.

“It is a competition,” Cape Consulting Group senior consultant Tracey Stephenson told the Bulletin at this week’s CI Energy Group‘s shale oil and gas symposium.
