Our friends at East Coast Environmental Law are offering a free workshop on Nov. 6 on environmental impact assessment law in New Brunswick. The workshop will highlight opportunities for public engagement in important environmental decision-making processes.
East Coast Environmental Law staff lawyer Mike Kofahl will give an overview of New Brunswick’s environmental impact assessment regime and explain how it intersects with the federal impact assessment process, and a panel of guest speakers will share their experiences with environmental impact assessments in New Brunswick.
A Q&A period will follow the presentations.
